A Reflection on the Fidelity of True Love

Mary speaks to me one morning, while I am wondering how to keep close to Jesus, when I can’t feel Him or His consolations but rather only taste the bitter sweet cup of self denial, renunciation and even suffering. 

The blessed Mother speaks like a Mother so completely. She says in a voice so simple, ordinary, clear and sweet:  ‘Will you not walk with my son through Calvary? Will you not walk with Him when He has nothing to offer you but Himself?

And in my heart I reply, Yes I will Mother. But I can only do it with your help. Please help me.
